I have the pleasure of working with the kinders in Mr. Rebholz's room for an hour each week. The experience is a learning opportunity for everyone as I have never taught kinder and trying out new technologies always has hiccups.
This week I tried one too many ideas but we all learn.
Stations: Cricut cutting feathers and assembling our turkey body, Seesaw counting and recording, Seesaw story, and Osmo Monster.
One of my favorite moments during Genius Hour is when a team hits a wall and turns it into a window. This group had a fantastic idea but couldn't get their materials together so they were given three options. While deciding on their options, one of the members started doing searches on Peanut posters. This sparked an idea.... what about using Peanutizeme and Seesaw to create kindness posters. The team took up the challenge to create them in Spanish too.
