After exploring Osmos, Makers Empire, and Bloxels EDU, our second grade team determined that Bloxels EDU would be the best fit for a curricular connection around communities. This week students explored and took a deeper dive into understanding the tool that would be used for creating. The team wanted a tool that students could create and collaborate. Bloxels EDU integrates both creation and collaboration. Our second grade students will create their own interactive community using pieces that each student has designed. | |
| Using the EDU portal, students can submit designs to the class library that are approved by the classroom teacher before they are shared. This is how students will design a community helper and where the community helper works in Bloxels EDU. |
