It is in this stage of Navigating Ideas and Creating a Prototype where the fun starts happening. First, learners started with picking their topic and finding four important facts that they wanted to share about the topic related to Wisconsin Tourism. Next, learners navigated their tool and started to create their prototype while documenting their learning using Seesaw.
Cricut Choices and Videos
Prior to creating the prototype, I tried several different projects that would be small enough but encourage the designer to personalize the item. I created 4 videos. 1. Finding an image and converting it for Cricut Design Space 2. Creating a iron on vinyl coaster 3. Creating an iron on vinyl wood ornament 4. Creating a tic tac toe iron on vinyl bag See video tutorials below. I then placed them in a google drive folder and QR coded for students to find and choose.

Makers Empire and Cricut
The integration of Makers Empire and Cricut designed iron on vinyl tic tac toe bags are my favorite. This project has the designer create the pieces for the tic tac toe bag. Some designers whose topic was Wisconsin cheese chose to do this project and create small cheese pieces for their game.
Bloxels EDU
For the Bloxels group, I created several different tutorial videos and put the videos in a google drive folder with a QR code so that designers could access what they need when they need it. Like the other groups, designers documented what they were creating, next steps, and evaluated themselves on their self problem solving.
