On Saturday while sharing about Little Bits at the Madison West Barnes and Noble Maker Faire, I learned about a new product that I am really excited about. Our students love Legos and coding and this product takes both of these learning tools and combines them to take both to a powerful level of learning and engagement. Jim Brandon of MeeperBot is the designer based in Whitewater, Wisconsin who shared with me about how the MeeperBot works as well as the inspiration that his son provided for the design.

I'm a little obsessed with the MeeperBot and hope to purchase 5 for both of our schools before the Hour of Code. The website says that you can pick them up in person in Whitewater and I am hoping to get a deeper understanding of the design behind MeeperBot as well as the convince Jim Brandon to share his journey of design and iteration with our students.
