Today was the second day of our 7th grade designers mentoring the third graders in 3D design and printing. Last week they shared examples of 3D printing in the world and introduced their partners to Makers Empire, the 3D design software that is my favorite entry point into 3D design. For this session, I went back to some of my favorite tutorial videos that Makers Empire has created so that mentors could have many access points for designing. | |
When I first taught Makers Empire and had no clue about how to create, I relied heavily on the tutorials that Makers Empire had already created. I took the videos and created a QR code link that allows my designers to easily find the video tutorial.
